Weddings over the years
I've been photographing weddings since 2013. Every couple is different, but what I look for is always the same: real moments, honest emotion, and the little details you chose with care. Here are a few of the weddings I've had the joy of being part of over the years, from Ottawa to Brockville and the Ganaraska Forest.
February 2020 · Ottawa winter wedding
Laura & Andrew
A bright, snowy February day and a couple who made the cold look cozy. Laura and Andrew were married at The Met, then we headed to Chapman Mills Conservation Area for portraits in the snow. The bridesmaids wrapped up in soft purple shawls, and Laura's faux fur jacket glowed against the snow on the footbridge.
September 2018 · Brockville
Luke & Natasha
Luke and Natasha are close friends of mine, so this was one of the most fun days I've ever photographed. They were married at the United Church in Brockville, we wandered into the woods for quiet portraits, and the celebration carried on at their parents' home.
July 2017 · Ganaraska Forest
Katie & John
Katie and John said their vows under the tall pines of the Ganaraska Forest, with a raven calling overhead. After dark, we stepped outside the Ganaraska Forest Centre for one last photo under the moon.
June 2017 · Ottawa
Meaghan & Tyler
A warm June day at the Ramada on Prince of Wales Drive in Ottawa, surrounded by the people they love most. I'd photographed Tyler's sister's wedding the summer before, so it felt like coming back to celebrate with family.
