It was been a crazy three weeks since I last blogged! Thank you for all who have stopped by my website and are reading this!
This image was shot of me in the fall by a great photographer friend of mine, Chris McRae. I love the action of it and the feel that the focus is always on the next step and moving forward in life.
As I am coming down to the final three weeks of my second term in university and all the craziness of finals and essays, I am learning what it means to focus on what is important. The beauty of life is not wrapped in the end results but in the everyday process of waking up, finding hope and loving the life you have been created for. I work everyday not to find happiness, but do what I love. The process of doing what I love is putting in the hard work at school, working the extra hours at that job and getting connected to people. One thing I have learned is that I must find happiness in myself and not in what I do. Happiness has to be permanent in my life, somedays I have to do things I don't love to do because that is what life is all about to get to where we want to go, but I must have joy in everything.
Well, there is my thoughts for the day! Have an amazing Thursday, Everyone, and I will be back soon to blog!
